2015 Vacation: Day 3

Starting off with a few more shots of the hotel on the morning we left for the second part of our vacation...

On Monday morning, we checked out of our hotel and headed to the port for four nights on the Disney Dream.  We've been on the Magic before, and this ship was much, much bigger!  Just like the Magic, it was gorgeous!

We always stay in an interior cabin, and on this ship, the interior cabins are equipped with "magic portals" with a video feed from the side of the ship.  What makes the portals magic are the Disney characters that show up on the screen every once in a while!

The ship also had interactive paintings and detective stations throughout the decks.

The Oceaneers' Club and Lab were all decked out with a Disney Infinity room, and a brand-new room designed to look like the Millennium Falcon!

The life-size Infinity game screen also turned the boys into the characters of their choosing!

There was even an R2-D2 that interacted with the kids a bit... that was MY favorite part!

So, that brings us up to dinner.  And it was at dinner that we discovered that traveling from Port Canaveral to Nassau at about 18 knots was a little to much for Evan, and he got motion sickness... That being the case, this is all that Evan and I saw of the Enchanted Garden restaurant before we had to back to the cabin.

No worries... he was all better by morning!
